| "Jinx is going to live here for as long as necessary" |
Kelly continues her lecturing; “Jinx is going to live here for as long as necessary. He’s in a dark place at the moment, and won’t get over it overnight. Now he has somewhere to escape to, and someone to look after him. What he needs now is complete rest.”

![]() |
| Jinx realises that Kelly rescued him |
As Kelly assures him that she is there for him, he wonders what would have happened if she had not come to the studio. “I tried persuading myself at I was all right, that I had a plan, that I could cope. Strange, I tell you things I would never tell anyone else.”

“That’s because I know you better than anyone else,” replies Kelly, “I know what it’s like, hitting rock bottom – I’m not letting you go there again!”

![]() |
| "You just have to be yourself" |
“Being with me makes it harder to get custody?” asks Kelly, “What do we have? Just a bunch of random memories and half a bag of popcorn. You just have to be yourself!”
