When Harri mentions his bed being downstairs, Meic says, “I want it near the window, so I can see what’s going on,” but Anita overrules him; “You don’t want people looking in!” and suggests getting rid of the old sofa and putting the bed there.

Hywel returns home, hoping to catch Gaynor out, and sure enough, as he comes in, Gaynor and Gareth are coming downstairs. | "Why did he take off his tool-belt" |

| "Garry will be back early next week" |
Gwyneth calls at the Deri to tell Britt she has had a call from Garry, who will be back early next week. She also mentions to Eileen that she has heard about the “pop-up restaurant”, but Eileen tells her,
![]() |
| "Tell them not to waste their money . . ." |
“I don’t see the appeal of sitting in someone’s front room, and paying through the nose. If someone says they’re going, tell them not to waste their money!”

| . . . which does not endear her to Cadno |
However, Cadno has silently entered the Deri and hears this; “Five minutes ago you offered to find us customers – it bodes well for the business partnership at Penrhewl!”

“You’d have charged into here and made lots of changes!”
![]() |
| "Playing silly games!" |
Eileen replies, “Perhaps next time you’ll be mature enough to talk to me instead of playing silly games.” When she has gone, Cadno thinks they will have to cancel, but DJ has just had a message – three people have booked.

| "We've got to work to prove Eileen wrong!" |

| The hospice is all ready for Meic |
Anita is upset by this, and asks, “Why don’t you want to be with me? Don’t you trust me to look after you?” Meic is unable to persuade her that this is for her own good, and she leaves.
