| "It was Julie's fault" |
Diane blames Julie for egging her on, but Anita continues,
![]() |
| "Blaming someone else!" |
“There we go – blaming someone else! Stirring the pot, then playing the innocent!”
Diane tells her, “Sheryl has had her baby, if you’re interested. I’m going to Llwyncelyn to see him,” and stalks off.
![]() |
| "Oi, get that car moved!" |
Then Eifion in his uniform arrives on the scene, warning Anita that if she does not move her car in two minutes, he will issue a ticket.

| "I'm working on a new idea" |
Back inside number 10, Kelly tells Anita, “I could strangle Diane for what she did – she’s lucky I’m too busy to fall out with people. I’m working on a new idea to remember Meic properly – an Art Competition for young people, on the theme of community. That was important to Meic!”

| "Gabriela can stay with Anita" |
“It’s much better there, with more room and a big garden. A flat over the café is no place for a baby. You don’t have to offer Gabriela a room, as she can stay with Anita – she is family!”
During the last sentence, Gabriela has come into the café, and tells them, “Don’t stop talking on my account.”
![]() |

| "I thought you could help me" |
Sioned goes to visit Eifion and informs him, “I’ve decided to expand Deri Deithio, and thought you could help.” Eifion deduces she wants a loan, but she was thinking more in terms of “investment”. The bank has turned her down, and she wants £30,000 to buy a classic car.

![]() |
| Sioned promotes her venture |
Sioned continues her hard-sell; “I’ve done my research, and no-one round here offers that service.” Eifion maintains there may not be any demand for it, but she is adamant; “Everyone wants a luxury car on their wedding day or prom. Chauffeur-driven cars are even popular for birthdays – there are young people with rich parents everywhere.”
Eifion comments, “Bobi and Arthur will go on the back of the tractor!”
![]() |
| "I'm obviously wasting my time!" |
so Sioned assumes she is wasting her time and gets up. He assures her, “I don’t want to miss an opportunity, but I don’t want to make a mistake. Leave it with me, and I’ll contact you.” Sioned leaves, rather deflated.
![]() |
| And now another visitor arrives |
Anita takes flowers to Sheryl, and tells her that Wil has been asking about the baby. Diane mentions the art competition, and Anita’s appearance on radio;
![]() |
| "You called me self-important!" |

![]() |
| . . . but she regards Eifion's condition . . . |
“I get a quarter of the profits until the debt is repaid – I’m not doing it for free!”
![]() |
| . . . as ridiculous |
Sioned insists he will get 5%, but he will not change his mind; “You get half the money when you sign, and half when you’re in business.
![]() |
