| "Please – Civil Enforcement Officer!" |
Eifion corrects her; “Civil Enforcement Officer! I expect people will poke fun at me, but I don’t need anyone to hold my hand. Gabriella is inviting Dai to Maes-y-Deri, but he suggests they go to Bryntirion instead; “The people in Maes-y-Deri are nosey, and it would give a chance for Diane and Anita to bury the hatchet.”
Debbie is disappointed when she hears there is no message from Meic for her, and Gabriella tells her, “You already know how much you meant to Meic.”

Britt comes over and tells him, “You shouldn’t have tackled such a big job – you’re not a mechanic, but you’re impatient, and that’s how accidents happen.”

“There’s something spooky about it, as if Meic’s spirit has come back,” says Colin, “I read in a magazine that you can’t cross over to the other side after death if you’re troubled. Maybe Meic is angry with me about the affair with Anita, and wants revenge –

Britt goes to Garry’s flat to tell him some home truths; You’re determined to destroy this family! You’ve always disliked Siôn, but you’ve gone too far this time!”
![]() |
| "Tell Siôn the camera never lies!" |
Garry replies, “It was not an accident! Debt always make people do stupid things, especially if they can’t see a way out. I’ve got evidence – tell Siôn the camera never lies!”
![]() |
| "I will look after it" |
Dai wonders why Meic did not leave the watch to Kevin or Darren, and promises Anita that he will look after it.

| "Hang on, Anita!" |
Dai goes after her, and catches up by the gate;
![]() |

![]() |
| "I won't be here much longer" |
Debbie is discouraged; as she soaks her feet in a bowl of water, she tells him, “My heart is not in this place any more, I don’t enjoy getting up and facing the punters. I won’t be here much longer – I’m selling the café and moving to London, to be closer to Vicky.”
![]() |
| "I would miss you!" |
Colin reminds her that all her friends are in Cwmderi, but she replies that hardly anyone noticed she was there today. “I would miss you!” Colin assures her.

![]() |
| "Fortunately for him!" |
Garry admits the camera has not been switched on for a while, “Fortunately for him! I saw your face when I mentioned CCTV – you’re hiding something – what did you do, Siôn?”
![]() |
| "You're making a fool of yourself!" |
He feels another panic attack coming on, but Britt keeps up the pressure; “Stop it! You’re making a fool of yourself!”

Between gasping for breath, Garry tells her, “The investigation will reveal all, and I’ll make sure he gets what he deserves!”
